Psychiatrist Found Guilty For Role In $158M Health Care Fraud Scheme

(September 17, 2015, 8:58 AM EDT) -- HOUSTON — A Houston-based psychiatrist was found guilty Sept. 10 by a federal jury in Texas for her role in a $158 million scheme that billed Medicare for services that were not provided (United States of America v.
