(March 23, 2018, 8:50 AM EDT) -- NEWARK, N.J. — A New Jersey federal judge on March 9 dismissed with prejudice a lawsuit against a trucking company initiated pursuant to the qui tam provisions of the False Claims Act (FCA) after the United States and the whistleblower, a former employee of the company, reached a settlement agreement for more than $1 million, according to the driver’s attorneys (United States, et al. v.
