(March 21, 2018, 2:17 PM EDT) -- DENVER — A majority of a 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on March 20 affirmed a lower federal court’s ruling that an insurer had a duty to defend a construction defects lawsuit against an insured, finding that the coverage dispute between insurers is not time-barred (Maryland Casualty Co. v.
