Mealey's (March 15, 2018, 2:43 PM EDT) -- NEW ORLEANS — A federal district court’s grant of summary judgment to defendants in a misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of contract lawsuit was the result of a lack of evidence presented by the company bringing the lawsuit to support each of its claims, a Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel ruled March 13 in affirming in part and vacating an award of attorney fees (GE Betz Inc. v.
