Class Action: Reinsurance Broker Aided, Abetted In Breach Of Fiduciary Duty
(March 13, 2018, 11:23 AM EDT) -- WILMINGTON, Del. — In a March 9 class action filed on behalf of stockholders in a Delaware trial court, a global consulting company and a multinational risk adviser, insurance brokerage and reinsurance brokerage company are accused of aiding and abetting in the breach of fiduciary duties owed by former CEOs during two companies’ merger (The Regents of the University of California v. John J. Haley, et al., No. 2018-0166, Del. Chanc.).
