Mealey's (March 13, 2018, 11:00 AM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A company has shown a substantial likelihood of success on the merits of its misappropriation of trade secrets claim against a former employee and that it will be irreparably harmed if injunctive relief is not granted, a federal judge in Pennsylvania ruled March 9 in partially granting the company’s motion for temporary restraining order (Cerro Fabricated Products LLC v. George Solanick, No. 17-2422, M.D. Pa., 2018 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 39258).
