Indiana Federal Judge Enters Final Judgment Enjoining Birth Control Mandate

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 1:27 PM EDT) -- SOUTH BEND, Ind. — An Indiana federal judge on Nov. 6, 2014, enjoined implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate in a Religious Freedom Restoration Act case brought by a construction company (Tonn and Blank Construction v. Sylvia Burwell, et al., No. 12-325, N.D. Ind.).
