Federal Circuit Issues Revised Panel Ruling In Inducement Case

(September 15, 2015, 1:25 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A finding by the International Trade Commission (ITC) of a violation of 19 U.S. Code Section 1337 was affirmed Sept. 14 by the Federal Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in connection with the importation of articles that infringe or are used to infringe U.S. patent No. 7,203,344 (Suprema Inc., et al. v. International Trade Commission, et al., No. 12-1170, Fed. Cir.).
