Parties Brief Federal Judge On Need To Enjoin ACA, Accommodation

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 1:23 PM EDT) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — Members of a Catholic benefits association and the government recently briefed a federal judge in Oklahoma on whether injunctive relief is necessary for plaintiffs subject to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA)’s contraceptive mandate accommodation (The Catholic Benefits Association LCA; The Catholic Insurance Co. v. Sylvia M. Burwell, et al., No. 14-685, W.D. Okla.).
