Colorado Federal Judge Grants Injunction In ACA Birth Control Case

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 1:19 PM EDT) -- DENVER — A Colorado federal judge on Oct. 7, 2014, enjoined the federal government from enforcing the birth control mandate contained in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) against a mortgage company and its owners (W.L. Armstrong, et al. v. Kathleen Sebelius, et al., No. 13-563, D. Colo.).
