D.C. Circuit Stays Argument, En Banc Review In ACA Subsidy Challenge

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 1:03 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Nov. 12, 2014, stayed oral arguments and en banc review of a ruling that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) bars subsidies for individuals enrolling in insurance through the federal exchange.
