Tennessee Appeals Panel Adds Property Owners Back To Slip-And-Fall Suit

(February 1, 2018, 2:01 PM EST) -- NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A panel of the Tennessee Court of Appeals on Jan. 30 found that a woman who slipped and injured herself in a grocery store was allowed to refile claims against the property owners and found that a trial court erred in dismissing the property owners because the woman’s claims against them were not barred by the one-year statute of limitations (Mary L.
