Mealey's (January 29, 2018, 1:37 PM EST) -- NEW HAVEN, Conn. — A Connecticut federal judge on Jan. 25 entered judgment ordering a franchisee to arbitrate the claims that he raised or could have raised against a franchisor of Subway restaurants or any of its affiliates through an arbitration in the manner provided by their franchise agreement (Doctor's Associates Inc. v. Ivars Repins, No. 17-323, D. Conn., 2018 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 10128)....
