8th Circuit Reverses Partial Ruling For FedEx Drivers In Wage Dispute

LOUIS — The Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Aug. 21 reversed a partial summary judgment decision in favor of former FedEx Ground Package System Inc. drivers who allege that they were improperly classified as independent contractors and remanded, finding that a reasonable jury could disagree (Reginald Gray, et al. v. FedEx Ground Package System, Inc., No. 14-3232, 8th Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 14693).
