Mealey's (January 5, 2018, 2:27 PM EST) -- NEW ORLEANS — A defendant in a misappropriation of trade secrets lawsuit has failed to show that good cause exists to transfer the action to another federal district court pursuant to the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals’ public and private interest forum non conveniens factors test, a federal judge in Louisiana ruled Jan. 4 in denying the defendant’s motion to transfer venue (Kalencom Corp. v.
