ACA Challenge Parties Brief 6th Circuit On Recent Case Law’s Impact

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 12:41 PM EDT) -- DETROIT — The government and Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate religious objectors recently briefed the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on the impact of three recent cases (Weingartz Supply Co, et al. v.
