Montana Wants To Defer Water Suit Against Wyoming As Settlement Talks Continue

Mealey's (September 9, 2015, 8:40 AM EDT) -- STANFORD, Calif. — Montana on Sept. 2 asked a U.S. Supreme Court special master to defer its original jurisdiction case against Wyoming and Colorado for three months to allow meaningful settlement negotiations to continue (State of Montana v. State of Wyoming, et al., No. 137, Org., U.S. Sup.).
