(December 18, 2017, 12:30 PM EST) -- BOSTON — A federal judge in Massachusetts on Nov. 30 issued a preliminary injunction in a misappropriation of trade secrets lawsuit, ordering coffee machine manufacturer SharkNinja Operating LLC and two of its employees to cease from using trade secret information the employees obtained while working for rival Keurig Green Mountain Inc. and return the information to Keurig (Keurig Green Mountain Inc. v. SharkNinja Operating LLC, et al., No. 17-12133, D. Mass.)....
