HHS: ACA Accommodation Solves Mandate Objectors’ Religious Quandary

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 12:34 PM EDT) -- HOUSTON — The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate, through its accommodation to religious objectors, does not infringe on any rights, the government told the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Sept. 26, 2014 (University of Dallas; Roman Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth, et al.; and East Texas Baptist University, et al.; and Catholic Diocese of Beaumont, et al.; Westminster Theological Seminary, intervenor, v.
