Texas Supreme Court To Hear Water Accommodation Rule Arguments Oct. 14

(September 8, 2015, 12:06 PM EDT) -- AUSTIN, Texas — The Texas Supreme Court on Sept. 4 said it will hear arguments Oct. 14 on whether the state’s accommodation doctrine should extend to underground water resources (Coyote Lake Ranch, LLC v. City Of Lubbock, No. 14-0572, Texas Sup.).
