Judge Finds Defendants Can’t Negate Genuine Issues In Connecticut Asbestos Case

(September 8, 2015, 11:24 AM EDT) -- BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A defendant has not shown that it was not a product supplier under Connecticut law, and it and two other defendants fail to negate all genuine issues of material fact in an asbestos case, a Connecticut judge held in three late-July rulings (Spencer Lawton v. CBS Corp., et al., No. 10-5029354 S, Conn. Super., Fairfield at Bridgeport).
