(September 8, 2015, 10:13 AM EDT) -- KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A federal judge in Missouri on Sept. 3 refused to exclude asbestos state-of-the-art testimony from two historians simply because they lack medical degrees, found that Missouri law kept Caterpillar Inc. in a couple’s asbestos action and found that failure to comply with Kansas medical-reporting requirements required dismissal of claims against Hennessey Industries Inc.
