Benefits Group Urges Judge To Protect New Members From ACA, Accommodations

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 12:31 PM EDT) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — New members of a Catholic benefits group require protection from the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate and both accommodations the government offers, plaintiffs told an Oklahoma federal judge Oct. 3, 2014 (The Catholic Benefits Association LCA; The Catholic Insurance Co. v. Sylvia M. Burwell, et al., No. 14-685, W.D. Okla.).
