EPA, Army Corps Seek To Delay Applicability Date Of Clean Water Rule

Mealey's (November 30, 2017, 12:06 PM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on Nov. 22 published a proposed rule to delay the applicability date of the Clean Water Rule:  Definition of ‘Waters of the United States,’ 80 Fed. Reg. 37,054 (June 29, 2015), for two years from the final date of action on the proposal (“Definition of ‘Waters of the United States’ — Addition of an Applicability Date to 2015 Clean Water Rule,” Fed.
