Mealey's (September 4, 2015, 1:37 PM EDT) -- CLEVELAND — An asbestos-brake defendant misconstrues the “axiomatic” concept that every exposure contributes to a disease with substantial causation principles, a widow told an Ohio appeals court in defending a $815,723 verdict on June 26 (Barbara Watkins, et al. v. Affinia Group, et al., No. CA-15-102538, Ohio App., 8th Dist.).
