(November 27, 2017, 11:47 AM EST) -- KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A Tennessee appeals panel on Nov. 20 reversed and remanded summary judgment in favor of a defendant in a lawsuit brought by the executrix of an estate to establish the rights of the parties to joint bank accounts created by the decedent, finding that there is a genuine issue of material fact regarding whether the decedent was unduly influenced by the defendant (Estate of Bonnie C.
