LOUIS — A South Dakota organization affiliated with the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally tells the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in a Nov. 6 brief that a jury correctly found its “Sturgis” trademarks to be valid and infringed by the sale of unlicensed Sturgis items.
