Youth Football League Files 2nd Amended Complaint Against Helmet Manufacturer

(September 3, 2015, 10:26 AM EDT) -- CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A youth football league on Aug. 19 filed a second amended class action complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, just nine days after its last complaint was dismissed, accusing a helmet manufacturer, Riddell Inc., of misleading consumers about its “Concussion Reduction Technology” (Midwestern Midget Football Club Inc. v. Riddell, Inc., No. 15-244, S.D. W.Va.).
