(September 2, 2015, 10:15 AM EDT) -- NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. — A New Jersey state court judge overseeing the AlloDerm surgical patch litigation on Aug. 14 issued three opinions dismissing the design defect claims of four bellwether plaintiffs, dismissing the failure-to-warn claims in two cases and denying dismissal of punitive damage claims in all cases (In Re: AlloDerm Litigation, Case Code 295, N.J.
