(October 19, 2017, 11:21 AM EDT) -- ATLANTA — The 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Oct. 16 affirmed a lower federal court’s denial of a franchisor’s motion for a preliminary injunction against three former franchisees and their owner, finding that the dispute resolution provisions in the parties' franchise agreements prohibited the franchisor from seeking a preliminary injunction until the parties mediated their dispute (World Of Beer Franchisingm Inc. v.
