Judge: Motion Redacted To Protect ‘Vulnerabilities’ In Tainted Groundwater Case

Mealey's (October 13, 2017, 8:34 AM EDT) -- CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A federal judge in West Virginia on Sept. 26 ruled that portions of a motion to exclude expert testimony in a groundwater contamination lawsuit should be redacted because the document contains information that “substantially risks exposing vulnerabilities” in the water supply system and the means by which the water company which is the defendant in the lawsuit would respond to an attack on the system (Crystal Good, et al. v.
