Judge Orders New Trial After Oregon Trial Ends With $3,957,672.70 Verdict

(September 1, 2015, 10:41 AM EDT) -- PORTLAND, Ore. — Three defendants are entitled to a new trial after being hit with an asbestos verdict of almost $4 million, a judge in Oregon ruled Aug. 24 in vacating judgments (Robert J. Golik v. CBS Corp., et al., No. 1308-11192, Oregon Cir., Multnomah Co.).
