(October 3, 2017, 12:40 PM EDT) -- BOISE, Idaho — An Idaho appeals panel held Sept. 29 that the plain meaning of the phrase "coverage territory" in the separate coverage areas of an insurance policy have clear and distinct meanings and applications and neither of the coverage areas insure the insureds’ loss in Thailand, affirming a lower court’s ruling in favor of the insurer (Praveen Khurana, et al. v.
