(October 2, 2017, 10:10 AM EDT) -- OMAHA, Neb. — A Nebraska federal judge on Sept. 25 granted a motion for a preliminary injunction in a franchise dispute after finding that the franchisor demonstrated a threat of irreparable harm because the franchisees are benefitting from the franchise relationship while operating a competing business (The Maids International Inc. v.
