PCA To Consider Croatia's Intention To Terminate Arbitration Agreement

(August 31, 2015, 11:21 AM EDT) -- THE HAGUE, Netherlands — The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) on Aug. 19 announced that it will soon consider the Republic of Croatia's intention to terminate an arbitration agreement with the Republic of Slovenia but first it must reconstitute the tribunal due the recent resignations of two members (Republic of Croatia v. the Republic of Slovenia, No. 2012-04, PCA).
