AARP, EEOC Battle Over Remedy For Unlawful Wellness Program Disclosures

(September 22, 2017, 3:00 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — AARP on Aug. 30 asked a federal judge in the District of Columbia to alter his ruling remanding an agency rule governing employee wellness programs and in its place impose a forward-looking injunction.  But in a Sept. 11 response, the agency responsible for the rule said such relief would significantly disrupt employers and cause many of the same problems AARP seeks to prevent (AARP v.
