Judge: Breach Of Contract Claims Against Fracking Company Partially Dismissed
(August 27, 2015, 2:53 PM EDT) -- FORT MYERS, Fla. — A federal judge in Florida on Aug. 25 partially granted a hydraulic fracturing company’s motion to strike the affirmative defenses of a company that sued it for breach of contract pertaining to the fracking company’s failure to pay for products used for water containment in fracking operations (Total Containment Solutions Inc. v. Glacier Energy Services Inc., No. 15-63, M.D. Fla.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 113097).
