Mealey's (September 5, 2017, 2:12 PM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — A Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas judge on Aug. 17 issued an opinion concluding that the Pennsylvania Superior Court should affirm a trial court’s order granting an insurer’s motion for summary judgment in a bad faith suit stemming from a motor vehicle accident, finding that the insurer attempted to settle and that the difference between the offer and the subsequent arbitration award is immaterial (Gregory Boleslavsky v.
