Mealey's (August 24, 2017, 10:11 AM EDT) -- PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. — A Florida state court jury on Aug. 23 found in favor of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. in an Engle progeny suit in which a woman claimed that her husband was addicted to cigarettes and that his lung cancer and death were the result of his addiction (Phyllis Jones v.
