$9 Million Settlement In Negligence Case Approved By Hawaii Magistrate Judge

(August 25, 2015, 8:57 AM EDT) -- HONOLULU — A Hawaii federal magistrate judge on Aug. 11 approved a $9 million settlement of medical negligence claims levied against the Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu (Richard Whitney and Laura Whitney v. United States of America, No. 12-382, D. Hawaii).
