Further Discovery Ordered In Suit Over Kohl’s Credit Card Protection Plan

(August 20, 2015, 11:00 AM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania federal judge on Aug. 10 denied a motion to compel arbitration and ordered additional discovery in a class suit over a credit card protection plan for which consumers allege they never signed up (Jennifer Gordon, et al. v. Kohl’s Department Stores, Inc., et al., No. 15-730, E.D. Pa.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 104289).
