(August 18, 2015, 9:41 PM EDT) -- SPOKANE, Wash. — A Washington federal judge on Aug. 10 granted the parties’ stipulated motion for dismissal of an insurer’s lawsuit seeking a declaration as to professional liability coverage for underlying claims that a law firm and one of its lawyers were involved in a fraudulent real-estate-purchasing scheme (Evanston Insurance Co. v. Workland & Witherspoon, et al., No: 14-193, E.D. Wash.).
