Parties Voluntarily Dismiss Bad Faith Suit Arising From Superstorm Sandy Damage

Mealey's (August 18, 2015, 9:33 PM EDT) -- NEWARK, N.J. — An insurer and its insureds on Aug. 11 filed a stipulation to voluntarily dismiss the insureds’ breach of contract and bad faith lawsuit stemming from their alleged Superstorm Sandy damage (Peter Blaso & DeMeglio Family v. Alterra Excess & Surplus Insurance Co., No. 14-2574, D. N.J.).
