South Carolina Federal Judge Rejects Slip-And-Fall Claim Against United States

(August 18, 2015, 3:41 PM EDT) -- COLUMBIA, S.C. — A personal injury claim levied by a patron who suffered a slip-and-fall accident at his local post office was rejected Aug. 11 by a South Carolina federal judge (Henry Taylor v. United States of America, No. 13-3144, D. S.C.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 104928.).
