(August 18, 2015, 11:06 AM EDT) -- NEW YORK — An insurance company on Aug. 6 filed objections to a report and recommendation in which a New York federal judge rejected its claim that it dropped enrollment goals after enactment of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) (Luc A. Bijoux and Juan Rodriguez, et al. v. AmeriGroup New York LLC, No. 14-3891, E.D. N.Y.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 96442).
