Mealey's (August 18, 2015, 10:50 AM EDT) -- ST. LOUIS — A federal judge erred in dismissing a Missouri politician’s suit challenging application of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate to his family, an Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel held July 20 (Paul Wieland, et al. v. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, No. 13-3528, 8th Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 12463).
