(August 17, 2015, 1:36 PM EDT) -- ATLANTA — A trial court did not abuse its discretion when it denied a plaintiff’s motion to compel additional production of documents, filed after the close of discovery, in a suit seeking to recover pension benefits, the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Aug. 6 in a per curiam opinion (Charlie Lee Blake v. Union Camp International Paper, No. 14-14275, 11th Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 13758).
