ICSID Holds Hearing On Indonesia's Request To Dismiss BIT Dispute

(August 14, 2015, 12:28 PM EDT) -- SINGAPORE — A mining company on Aug. 14 announced that a tribunal for the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) recently held a hearing on the Republic of Indonesia's application to dismiss the case (Churchill Mining PLC v. Republic of Indonesia, No. ARB/12/14 and ARB/12/40, ICSID).
