Reinsurer: Reinsured’s Discovery Stay Motion Is Not Specific

Mealey's (August 12, 2015, 12:07 PM EDT) -- LANSING, Mich. — A reinsurer argues in a July 16 filing in federal court in Michigan that its reinsured’s motion to stay discovery should not be granted (Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company v.
