Physician Group Argues ACA Employer Mandate Changes Provide Standing

Mealey's (June 12, 2015, 11:58 AM EDT) -- MILWAUKEE — The government’s delayed implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) employer mandate violates the separation of powers, is challengeable in court, and, by shifting cash payments to insurers, provides standing to sue, a physicians organization argues in a June 30, 2014, brief (Association of American Physicians & Surgeons Inc., and Robert T.
